Much of the agile community has adopted Scrum as a methodology. For the larger enterprises, some have explored scaled frameworks such as SAFe, which has become quite popular. Lean IT has been more confidential so far, though it has been the basis of some successful transformations such as ING Bank. Lean offers a great complement to the standard agile frameworks. Lean offers techniques for identifying obstacles, resolving and changing behaviours towards transformation. This talk will cover what is Lean IT and the curriculum for Lean IT certification.
