The London Project Data and Analytics meetup are delighted to welcome Mark Tootell and Jon Kirby. They lead data analytics and reporting on the UK’s biggest road construction project, the A14 improvement. Don't miss it to find out more!
At £1.5bn its a major project in its own right, but it also has the added complexity of having multiple delivery partners (Balfour Beatty, Costain, Skanska, Plus designers, CH2M and Akins). Within this talk Mark and Jon will be walking us through how they developed the project analytics and reporting from scratch, providing insights into how they tackled the challenge and some of the obstacles on route. They will be sharing some of report templates and shining a light on how advanced reporting and analytics is helping to shape construction.
They will also be providing a vision for a pipeline of future improvements and will be reaching out to our community for ideas on potential improvements, cross fertilising experience from other sectors.
