The Pinnacle General Practice Network is part of a complex group of organisations servicing around 100 General Practices, and over 400K patients in the North Island of New Zealand. As a part of its founding focus on quality improvement it has a long history of collecting data but has suffered from the same challenges many organisations face in extracting insights from that data.
This session will outline the journey they have been on with their innovation arm, Ventures; the challenges of introducing Power BI across the group and into the General Practices, the innovative ways the tools and data are being used to support the health planners and the patient journey, and a detailed look at the Power BI Report that’s been turning heads across the sector both in New Zealand and Australia, and was built here in the UK!
