On Stage Hacking: Build 12-Factor Microservices in an Hour

Planning to build microservices? The best practice of building a first-class microservice is to follow 12-Factor app.

But how do you fulfill the 12-factor app rules, e.g. how do you externalise the configuration, fault tolerance, etc?

Come to this session to build a 12-factor microservice using MicroProfile programming mode (microprofile.io) and Open Liberty (openliberty.io) with a live code demo!

Whilst this is a talk, you're welcome to bring along your laptop to codealong if you wish.

You can check out Emily's GitHub repos here and here.
