While Android tablets are around 10% of the Android device market, they still represent a compelling niche for many app developers.
One of the touted techniques for targeting phones and tablets is the so-called "master-detail pattern" that shows a list of things, then details of a selected thing. However, there are many ways of implementing the master-detail pattern, hitting on other design "hot buttons" (do we offer horizontal swiping between details? How about multiple selections and a contextual action bar?).
