Developing, communicating and implementing a roadmap is not an easy thing. Many approaches can be taken with various degrees of success and that which worked once might not work a second time around.
This evening will feature approaches from two very different contexts and learnings from Joshua Wöhle (CPO, SuperAwesome) and Douglas Talbot (former Development Manager, Bank of New Zealand) giving both the start-up and big-business views on what has worked and what hasn’t.
Following the talk there will be a panel discussion on the topic, enabling us to explore the subject from other angles and allowing attendees to ask more questions.
