In the past 18 months Pedro has been working with customers in a role that was unknown to him, at least at the level of being accepted as a role in companies. The role is Software Craftsmanship Coach. His job is to help improve the level of customer development teams in practices associated with the SC movement.

Pedro will be sharing his experience as a Software Craftsmanship Coach: how he's doing it, what has worked, and what didn’t.
